Participant Services Database
The Office of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) serves as the Single Point of Entry into the developmental disabilities services system and oversees public and private residential services and other services for people with developmental disabilities.
OCDD worked with the Center to design and implement the Participant Services Database as a web-based application that incorporates advanced data integration, reporting and business intelligence tool for the agency’s services systems. The system consists of several modules, which tightly integrate with other existing applications in the department. In order to track applicants and recipients services more efficiently, the Office of Aging and Adult Services (OAAS) also partnered with us to leverage the development done for OCDD with the Participant Services Database Application and modify the application to provide OAAS with a single record client storage to be used across different existing applications.
